These are by far the best secateurs I’ve ever used.The blades are incredibly sharp and accurately aligned, removable for sharpening and grinding, and come with the needed Allen key.They are made by Wolf Garten, a German garden tools company that make the best kit around in my opinion, and a company whose quality are world renown.The grip is superb, the size is fantastic (I have large hands) and are beautifully balanced.There is also a hidden return spring in the handles, meaning no centre spring to catch, spring off and disappear unlike cheaper secateurs.The only downside is the thumb switch lock is a tad stiff, and awkwardly placed, but this really is so minor a niggle that it still gets five stars.

I have had a pair of these for over 5 years and have a new pair hanging up in the garage for the past few years bought for me aa a present but because the 1st pair are still functioning perfectly I have continued to use the original pair knowing that I have a new pair in reserve. These secateurs cut really well and I have abused them by cutting stuff other secateurs may struggle with. I have left them outside and even temporarily lost them but they still function well. The only issue I have found is that the locking button eventually fails but they still function but you may need to hold the button with your thumb. These are so good that I have just purchased these for my Dad as a Fathers Day present and he was really pleased as he had never owned such a good pair. Bit pricey but shop around and you wont be disappointed.

I ordered this product on a Tuesday afternoon(not eligible for Prime)and it was delivered before 10.00am next day.Brilliant.Product is also brilliant.TEN YEAR GUARANTEE brilliant.Price initially seems quite high until I remember how many other pairs of secateurs,at £5-£6 a pop I have bought over many years of gardening.I don’t normally write reviews until about six months after purchase,but feel confident that this product is going to outlast my gardening days.

Great tool and exactly what I needed. With arthritic hands, I needed something comfy. These are just the job for dealing with tough branches without needing to be a body builder!

A pleasure to use. They feel like quality in your hand. Razor sharp and cut through branches cleanly and with ease. Very easy to tighten/loosen movement to personal preference. Well worth the money.Thoroughly Recommended

These secateurs are a comfortable fit for my hand- I have large hands for a woman and these have a nice comfortable feel that makes me feel happy to handle them. I have used them on a huge rose and they could cut through all but the thickest stems-very sharp. I would buy them again and recommend them.

Must admit that I have quite a lot of Wolf Garten products so I was sort of expecting they would be good. I needed a new pair of secateurs so went to my local garden centre, unfortunately they didn’t sell Wolf, but I needed them there and then so bought another well known brand. These lasted about 2 hours before the blade bent and became a real nuisance to use as the jaws wouldn’t shut properly. decided to order these and have a beer instead, glad I waited.

I got these for my mum after seeing someone review them in a blog post.She has arthritis so I didn’t want something too heavy and difficult to use and she loves them compared to her old ones.

In my experience the words secateurs and disappointing usually go together pretty quickly, not this time, these are brilliant. Okay they’re not cheap but they are a quality item and excellent to use. If you’re fed up with poor secateurs, consider these, they’ll outlast and outperform most of the rest, you get what you pay for.
