A great level that I’ve been using in my loft because I only had a much longer one that was just awkward and inconvenient to use up there.This one was perfect for fitting some specialised shelves between roof trusses without being inconvenient.It measured up well to both a longer level and an electronic one, and has a good solid build quality and construction which means that it survived well being dropped several times.The magnet and hole were useful for finding it a permanent home on my tool shelves.

This item was supplied to me free of charge through Amazon’s Vine programme, however this in no way influences my review, which is intended to be both impartial and informative for potential purchasers.I already have a compact spirit level and larger (1m) one, so decided to go for the 400mm size for those jobs where a mid-sized level is needed.It’s a very nice quality, made of solid feeling metal and bright yellow so you’re not going to lose it. On arrival I immediately put it to use levelling both a fridge and a washing machine that had just arrived, and it provided extremely easy to use. A nice touch is that it is magnetised, so when using it on metal items it will stay in place even on vertical alignment, a very useful feature.Reading the level is very easy and the bubble is nice and clear.A useful addition to the toolbox.

I really like this spirit level. I have the 400mm version and I find it’s a good size; long enough to be effective but short enough to be portable. The level itself is lightweight but feels sturdy, and appears generally well made. Most importantly it does what a level should do – help you level! The bubbles are easy to read, and I like that it has three to help with levelling at different angles. Overall, a good product that will get lots of use around the home for all my DIY ventures.

One of the things I really like about this Teronbeta Aluminium Alloy Spirit Level is that it easily fits into my tool bag. Being only 400mm in length makes it very portable while still having sufficient length to check levelling with a good degree of accuracy. Having checked it against one of my laser levels I am confident that the level I received is set up correctly. It is also magnetic along the bottom edge which makes it ideal for tasks like levelling metal radiators or posts as I can attach it to the item I am working with and still have my hands free. The overall construction and finish of the level are neatly done and the bubbles are very easy to see. Also having a measure marked along one edge is a nice touch on what is already a versatile and practical spirit level which I think is reasonably priced. Recommended.

Does exactly what it needs to.Measured against my laser level and two other levels this is spot on.Good size for smaller jobs and fits nicely in my toolbag. Mostly I’m, using it for post and panel work and so far it’s been great.At £6.99 I think it’s a bargain.

My old trusty level was inherited, amazingly made of wood, and must be about 70 years old now. It still works mind you – but I was pleased to get this one.It feels really well put together, metal with magnets and it a really handy size for home DIY. The markings are all super clear and I like the fact it’s bright yellow (easy to find)It also has plastic caps at each end so will take the odd knock.
