For the money, and my intended usage, this is excellent. Mainly used for lots of curtain poles in a newish house that I bought that just had blinds. Just put some masking tape across the length of the proposed pole site, marked a horizontal straight line with this on the tape. Then used a smaller level to draw a vertical line over the horizontal line, where the support brackets were required. I’ve done this with a tape measure before, but this is way easier and more accurate, less time. I’ve used it for other things also. I can’t complain about it’s accuracy at all.I’ve got quite a few Silverline tools, for the money and the intended use they are fine. The oscillating multi-tool for under £30 is another total bargain. Both items superb for DIY purposes.
