I purchased this Jack for £21 back in 2018. Since then I’ve had 3 different cars and whenever I’ve needed to do any work, this Jack has never failed. Used many many times and it’s always worked. After 6 years and being kept in the garage it’s rusted over time, but still works like any other Jack.

I ordered this Product due to the fact that my existing Jack (supplied with the car) was akward, and complicated, as it was useful. Needless to say it broke the first time I used it. So, needing a Jack, I looked for a more user friendly replacement, deciding that a Trolley Jack would do the job easier and quicker than most other types. This Silverline Trolley Jack is excellent, both in value for money, and in build. It is a sturdy solid built Jack, and is so easy to use, even if, like me, you’re not the best wheel changer there ever was. It’s not mentioned in the item description, but it’s worth noting, that it does come with an optional carry handle, and a plastic carry case. The case isn’t much, to be honest, mine when delivered, had a split on the plastic hinge, but it does the job, keeping it neat for storage in the boot of your car. I also purchased an extending wheel brace, which also fits neatly inside the case, keeping everything you need in one place. No doubt it will be cold, dark and raining when you most need to use it, so this at least helps in that respect. All in all I would recommend this product, though I would hope not to use it to often.

I can lift a wheel high enough on my Disco 3 for minor work, tyre change, brake work etc. It does struggle, even though only lifting one wheel. Used it on my Volvo V50 with no problems, so yeah smaller cars at the lower end of the weight limit is fine. Have found after a while it doesn’t hold itself up without being under load.Would probably look for a 2.5t or 3t next time (I obviously have a bigger jack for more intense work but that’s a pain to haul out of storage for smaller jobs)

I have winter and summer wheels for my car. I don’t know why it took me 3 years to buy a proper jack but I wish I hadn’t waited. Excellent value, including delivery to my door, it makes light work of lifting my car to change the tyres, then quickly releases the pressure to drop it down again smoothly. I’ve only got a little car and I lift it on all 4 corners twice a year (punctures and brake seizures not withstanding) so I can’t say if it will stand up to heavy professional use, but it’s sturdy enough to do what I want and seems well built enough to last year’s.

The jack that comes with my car is so flimsy I’m always worried it’s gonna collapse especially as it looks like its bending now. This little trolley jack is powerful enough to lift the whole side of my BMW 318i front and back wheels off the ground yet small enough to live in the boot occupyng very little space. No more struggling to wind up a flimsy scissor jack wondering if its gonna collapse this time, gingerly changing the wheel trying not to bump into the car. Brilliant value for money.

It does what I need it to do, it lifts my car up and it’s a Renault Laguna saloon. If you fallow the safety instructions I can’t see their being an issue with the trolly jack. I wanted to change all my wheels from front to back and I used the correct lifting points on my car and the jack worked perfectly. If you look after it, it will serve it’s purpose.

Bought two of these – one for hubby and one for father-in-law. They were both delighted with them. I’m reliable informed by them the manufacturer is a good one, they fit into the boot easily and be left there (just I case) without taking up too much space and they’re very easy to use. Brownie points all round!!

For the price and load capacity this cheap model is far superior to far more expensive ones. I am very pleasantly surprised at just how good this is. Not often you get more from the product than the price would suggest you’ll get. I feel this product could be sold as a far higher price and purchasers would still be happy.

Very good value for money – made to a price obviously by works well as an aux jack (main one is a 3.5 tonne jack) on our Landrover. Had it for over a year now and used many times with no problems at all – highly recommended!
