I purchased this hammer to fill out my toolbox, and I must say it has filled the role very well thus far.It is lightweight but has no trouble hammering the small jobs around the house. No doubt if you are engaging in a larger project you would likely need something with a bit more heft. If you are looking to assemble some furniture, knock a few nails into a wall to hang some pictures or other small tasks such as this then this is the one for you.

I always prefer a wooden handled hammer to the fibre glass ones .last much longer. and are always stronger and can take more force for pulling out nails etc ..good quality hammer from Silver line 24 oz so not to light either hard wood handle .used properly .last you yrs and yrs ..fast delivery from amazon as always .had mine free delivery to local shop .would I recommend this hammer definitely well done amazon bargain price to

I bought several of these hammers to make personalised gifts with – they have very sticky labels on which required a lot of effort to remove but overall they looked great for the purpose I bought them for. My husband has used his a few times around the house and refers to it as a “nice little hammer”.

A good, old fashioned, practical tool which will most likely outlast me and be used by my grandchildren in due course.Pros: Perfect weight and balance takes all the effort away from my ageing muscles, and hits the nail squarely on the head every time.Cons: None that I can find.Summary: You can pay huge amounts for fancy modern tools that won’t do the job as well as this old favourite.
