Bought for cutting under architrave for fitting wooden floor.Nice and easy to use accurately and gives a fine cut. The blade can be released and moved into one of two positions for right or left hand cuts.I used a spacer underneath to give me the correct height of cut. The profile of the blade made it easy to get a level cut.Cant comment on the longevity of the blade as I only had to cut under 7 door frames.

This saw has great teeth which went through the pine and mahogany types I was working on with ease.I was expecting a narrower finer cut, but the edge is very smooth and straight when used with a little care. The lever system works with ease and locks well.It’s versatile, durable and comfortable and I’ll be using this a lot.
