    Used this saw for some DIY , I made a cupboard for my porch out of work top and boards left after having a kitchen fitted. Minimum tear on the MDF board and good finish on the worktop. I do not have a bench saw or track saw just a mitre and Jigsaw. Clamping up and useing the jigsaw for long cuts is reasonable but the finish can be a bit raggy ( probably me) but a better finish with the hand saw. As it is “short” it is easier to control in my old hands. All in all totally pleased with my purchase.

    Without a doubt the best saw I’ve ever had. Excellent cuts and very easy to start a cut and accurately – no jumping about like I’ve experienced with other saws. It’s also a good length which I think helps to keep it accurate. No hesitation at all recommending this to anybody and I think I will have a look at the rest of their range.

    Needed to do do a bit of heftier tree pruning This is a very capable saw and did the job brilliantly. Would highly recommend, It can also be used for most woodworking jobs. With more teeth and a shorter blade it doesn’t wobble like a traditional saw. Excellent.

    I bought this saw to use as a replacement with the recommended one I purchased with a mitre box and I wished I had purchased this one first. My initial project included cutting some very fine (6x6mm) pieces of edging and it was more than up to the job without hacking the pieces and leaving a rough finish. Very useful addition to my toolbox.
