This is a cheap drill and an ice surf he was expecting no-frills. I was very pleasantly disappointed, It’s sturdy and powerful. The box is a great way to keep everything together. The battery is fast charging and whilst it doesn’t last as long as some of the premium models it certainly last long enough to do most household DIY I have never run out of power whilst using it.

Feel I have to write this review as I’ve had this drill for a few years now. It’s so easy to use, the battery stays charged for ages, every time I get it out there’s always charge left. It lights the area tout working on, it’s not too heavy to hold and such amazing value for an everyday drill/driver.

I’ve given five stars for battery life because I’ve used it both as a drill and to put screws in and remove them for several jobs and it is still on its first charge. For my purposes as an amateur DIYer I have found it excellent, light and easy to use and comfortable to hold. The carrying case is a useful addition, keeping the charger and accessories together. The first charge took exactly one hour – it’s worth saying that after fifty minutes it didn’t appear to be charged at all but on the hour it was fully charged and has remained so. All in all I’m very pleased with it and would certainly recommend it.
