Amazon delivered within 2 days (excellent). The C380 mower was lightweight for its size and easy to use. There were a couple of items that could improve the overall package:1. No package contents list was included. The diagrams (1.1 and 1.2) in the supplied manual were complicated to read but with due care can be interpreted. A larger print and better definition would help.2. The mains cable was relatively short (with other mowers) and heavy (not very flexible).But overall, after one week, I like the mower very much and look forward to good reliability.
