    Very good quality saw . i have been using it on a kitchen fit. Very pleased. To preserve the blade coating spray with gt 85 or something similar before large cuts.

    I’ve been struggling for so long with 4 or 5 rusty old saws. I don’t know why!! I had a carpenter round to do a job for me and he had a nice new saw and he was cutting through timber as if it was nothing and I thought what have I been doing! I found this saw on Amazon with the PTFE coating and bought it straight away. I can’t believe how great it is to have a new saw like this, it makes it so easy. It’s razor sharp and the PTFE coating lets it slide through the wood. I had to saw up some long lengths of wood, to get them into the car to take them down the tip, and I’d been putting it off because I was going to have to use my old saws. This new saw had the job done in 5 minutes without any effort. I’ve chucked all my old saws away and will enjoy sawing from now on with my new Irwin saw.

    I was familiar with Irwin Jack saws from before. Needed a new one because I happened to destroy my old saw by accident. It was clear to me that the old saw had to be replaced by a similar one.
