    My trust Mountfield petrol mower died and it was terminal. Bless it.Anyway… I wanted an electric replacement because of the cost of petrol and oil.Had a look at the usual suspects at B&Q but nothing really impressed me. And the wife has a blue Hyundai car so I thought it would be semi amusing to buy a blue Hyundai mower.Unboxing and assembly was slightly tricky – instructions written and drawn by someone who has never put something together before again.Once out together, I took it out for a “spin”. It’s super light – you can carry it on to the lawn (whereas the petrol one needed a ramp). The cutting width is slightly less than my old petrol mower but that makes it manoeuvrable and easy to use. Cable kept getting on the way but I’m yet to use an electrical garden tool where that’s not the case.Does a canny job of cutting the grass and lets you do those nice football stripes. Well as best you can on my awful lawn.Genuinely, this is a cracking little tool. Buy with confidence.

    Great for small gardens, found it easy to use and maintain the garden. Does struggle with long grass but thats expected.

    Easy to assemble. Lightweight to carry and push. Cuts well enough, although early days as only used twice. Engine appears strong enough to cope with small to medium sized lawn – not tested on long grass yet

    An excellent replacement for a dead Flymo! Delivered very quickly, well packaged and very easy to assemble. Some confusion as to how to install lower handles (instructions contradict what video and rech support say, but does not affect the performance). Excellent communication with tech support over this – can’t fault it! Overall, very pleased with quality of the product, the value for money and the results of this year’s first cut.
