The media could not be loaded. Time to start cutting back some overgrown trees and hedges, and also time for some new loppers and shears to help with that. This set – loppers, shears, and secateurs – is light but sturdy and easy to use as they’re nice and sharp. You can see, in my pictures and video, how quickly I was able to clear a significant area in a minute or so. I’ll do the rest, when it stops raining!

If you’ve been putting off tidying up your garden for a while, repeatedly telling your significant other that you’ll “do it in the summer”, and now it’s suddenly dawned on you that summer is right around the corner and your list of excuses is running dangerous low, then this 3 piece set of loppers, clippers and shears will let you tidy up your garden in no time!Each item in the set is surprisingly well made, sturdy, durable and probably most important sharp out of the box. The amount of garden tools that’s I’ve purchased over the years that have been pretty crap meant that my expectations meant that anything other than disappointing would’ve been a success, but I’m genuinely pleasantly surprised at the the quality of these tools for price.Over the past year (or is it two?..), the greenery has taking over our place, making our garden and house look more like something out of The Last of Us or Chernobyl, and so we’ve been trimming the hedges, shrubs and trees with these tools (and others), and haven’t been let down so far by any of the trio, so they seem great value for money thus far! This is a really good bundle to be able to have to hand when cleaning up a garden which is a little bit overgrown, it includes a set of longer tree loppers as well as the hedge trimmers and a set of shears as well all of which come really sharp straight out to the box and able to be used immediately.You’re obviously best off trying to keep the blades as sharp as possible as this will make a huge difference when using the to maintain a garden.They’re reasonably well built up as well Which to me just means that they’re not going to fail very quickly and should withstand plenty of heavy use over this season before having to lock them back up in the shed again and not use them for a few months.

I think the metal is soft, but the handles are comfortable. This is enough for my small garden. If you have a large garden, then you need a more serious set. Cleaning up a few times a year is really enough.
