STEELY-EYED HARDNESS: The files are made from heat-treated T12 and 82B Spring Steel High-Carbon steel alloys which have high wear resistance and hardness with low ductility. A light touch of machine oil is used to preserve their surface finish. The easy-grip handles are made from a tough PP thermoplastic with a non-slip TPR rubberised coating. FILE PROTECTION: Protect the teeth of the files by keeping them always in the large 13.5in/345mm long, zipper case. Made of splash resistant Oxford cloth with a reinforced shell and a wrap-around zipper, it opens wide for easy tool access.
