    These were purchased for picture framing and are ideal for that purpose. They have also been used for cabinet framing. Lightweight, no nonsense clamps which any DIY starter could cope with

    I wanted to frame a pretty large poster with a thin wooden architrave, bought in strips from the local DIY store. Cutting the frame to size was a challenge and then trying to fit the pieces together in the clamps took a few goes. I found that getting the clamps in place first and then loosening each one in turn to glue the wood was successful. The clamps held the frame really well, considering how flimsy the wood was. I would recommend these clamps.

    I can’t recommend these enough. Great for making frames and general woodwork like building a catio helps join timber at 90⁰. Clamps open up to 75mm, they hold wood in place whilst you drill and screw. 4pcs for £12.99 great value.

    Very good clamps but remember to use thick card on the corners otherwise the clamps will leave dents in the wood.
