Abayasiddhi –
Best tools for female with small hands. Easy to use with good grip and not too heavy but it needs constant care to keep in good rust free conditions.

In my opinion these are the best secateurs you can buy, which should last a lifetime if cared for. Spare blades are readily available but shouldn’t be needed for quite a while!

What more can I say, as far as I’m concerned these are the best secateurs money can buy, they are fully adjustable, can be sharpened (if you ever need to!) and even come with a little spanner to maintain them. Not cheap but once you’ve used them you’ll never be satisfied with cheaper alternatives.

Felco secateurs are the best ones you can buy and will last a lifetime . This one is the Felco 6 which is just perfect for the small to medium hand.Swiss-made, to a high standard , the hard steel blade stays sharp for ages and is easy to sharpen when required. All the parts are readily available if required and are easy to fit.Of course, they are not cheap but you get what you pay for and, once tried, you will never want to use any other brand .

I have bought many secateurs over the years, including one of the expensive Japanese makes; but these Swiss secateurs, design unchanged for over 70 years, are still the best, most reliable and robust ones I have ever used.

I can certainly vouch for the Felco 2 secateurs as I now have two pairs of them!I brought the first pair for my wife 16 years ago and they have been superb. I do keep those sharp and oiled, and that’s a pleasure to do also for such high quality items, part of the joy of owning them in fact.Problem came when we were both out in the garden and when I needed a pair to have in the van…so….looked around at cheaper items, both on Amazon and also in “real life stores” (gosh, shock, horror!). Once you have had a pair of Felcos, you really are just never going to be satisfied with anything else! So, I dug deep and splashed out on a second pair.Interesting that whilst I had kept the others in super condition, the new ones are of course amazing! The quality is still the same, the look and feel the same and yes….I even checked them on the kitchen scales to see if they weighed the same – they do!So, these are the same, top quality items that they always were. Supplied with a very, very sharp blade too – be careful!Yes, lots of cheaper ones around, and yes these are pricey. Here you get what you pay for. However, they really do the job with ease, they are comfortable, they feel great in the hand and they are made to out last anything else you could buy.I have stuck with the model 2 on both occasions as I just like them but would be sure the others in the range would have the same qualities. I might even look to see what other products Felco do as I am a bit of a critic normally with tools and these are even up to my exacting standards! So, if you want a treat and want something really amazing that will last, then don’t hesitate, these are the top choice.A pleasure to use and own.

These secateurs are just amazining. Don’t waste money on other brands. If you look after these and sharpened with the Felco Diamod, they’ll last you twenty years or more. Remember all the Felco parts can be ordered and replaced.

Expensive but quality. You get what you pay for. Easy to secure the blades for safety when not in use. Razor sharp. Did I need to spend so much? Probably not. But these will last me forever.

These are really well designed and made Swiss pruners and although more expensive than others we really like them.Usual excellent Amazon delivery
