These are great basic chisels! I’m an amateur woodworker and I mostly use power tools, but occasionally you need a chisel to help clean up an inside corner or something. I’ve found these to be super useful for my purposes! I like that the sizes are stamped on them and the handles feel really nice. A really experienced hand-tool woodworker would probably not be incredibly impressed by these, but for beginners or people like me who just use them occasionally, this is a great product.

I’ve never had a chisel set before so I don’t have any reference for comparison but so far this set has been great. I was able to knock off 3 items from my to do list in a matter of hours once they arrived that I had been waiting months to do. These were great for notching out a gap for the lock mechanism on our privacy fence gate and held up well. I’m not sure how the quality will hold up long term under heavy use but for light projects around the house this is a surprisingly well made set for the price.

Very nice set of chisels. Came in usual brown amazon bag so nothing to great to say about that, a box might have been better. Be careful when actually handling chisel package. i was in bare feet when I removed from bag and package containing them was not sealed. One fell out and just missed my foot, could have been a visit to emerg so be warned handle with care. I will be making a wooden box to store them in.

Habe den Schaft durchgeschnitten, das restliche Griffholz gespalten und die Stahlteile ausgelöst. Habe mir dann Griffe für Drechseleisen gefertigt, die vordere Blechkappe aufgesetzt und die Meißel eingeklebt. Abschließend habe ich die Meißel auf die gewünschte Kontur geschliffen. Ist super um Kosten für Sonderdrechseleisen (€ 70,-aufwärts), die ich sowieso nur ab und zu benötige (aber dann zwingend), einzusparen. Habe schon 1 1/2 Meißelsätze umgebaut. Bei Bedarf sofort wieder.
