I thought this would be a poor quality, good enough kit but it actually looks and feels like a better performance but for kit. The range of ratchet sizes are good and the other heads are easy to use and swap. The case is great, making it a good portable kit to leave in the car.

The sockets here are all quarter inch, which is fine but the socket i wanted wasn’t in here, i wanted a 17mm one, which is really hard to find in a quarter inch. so i bought a quarter to half adaptor and a half inch 17mm.Now my parasol is well screwed in :-)Small socket set full of small sockets.

This is simply the best ever tool pack that I have bought. With both the sockets and screw heads being able to be used with the ratchet driver, I managed to erect gene parts and fencing to the garden.

We recently moved and got quite a few IKEA furniture items. We have a cordless screwdriver and this set made assembly of items a breeze. It has everything you might need under normal circumstances.The bendy extension works really well and is surprisingly sturdy.Using a cordless screwdriver I some times did not apply enough pressure to keep the + bits in the screws and although this allowed the bits to jump quite a lot, the wear on them is minimal, but you notice the coating has been damaged. Really good quality bits. Well made. Stores easily and the locking mechanism is hard plastic that physically moves to lock and unlock the case. Should last years without breaking from normal use.The standard hex bit fit the normal socket of my universal screwdriver which means my tools are inter usable.The only shortcomings are that the sockets were not long enough for tightening 2 nuts on one IKEA couch, but it worked well for 99% of the rest. I know it does not have T5 or smaller torx bits and the bits supplied are not security torx bits but if it did have those, it would be the ultimate set to get.Connections can be a bit loose and the half mark for the ball bearing locking pins means you need to look at what you’re doing when attaching bits to the wrench as I seem to get them to not line up every time I do it by just turning the bits to align.If I have to nitpick, then the case does not lock the socket bits or wrench in place, so when you open or close it upside down they will end up on the other side of floor and you need to put them back in their place.This set will do the job for 99% of normal home DIY projects.If you’re looking for a good starter set or am tired of bits wearing out at home, then these are for you.Will definitely buy it again if I mess them up.Pro tip: A cordless screwdriver is the ultimate accessory to this set.

Overall is not a bad set, ideal for the person who likes to do the small jobs on the car or about the house etc! The screwdriver bits could be a bit harder but can’t really complain for the price..Wouldn’t necessarily recommend this for a professional though as not really made for daily use.
