Ian D. –
I’ve had the lawn mower for 2 months .It’s easy to use on my 40 square metre lawn. The mower is easily stored and easily cleaned. The only drawback is I would have liked the hight adjustment to have more gradual positions Great little mower
Carol –
Very happy with the lawn mower being light, compared to my last one, but I wouldn’t recommend for men as the height of the handles are very small
Dave W –
Cut long grass with ease, my only dislike is the height adjustment bit fiddly
Janet Bovey –
Positives, Love the freedom of not having a lead.Negatives, thought the grass box could be a bit bigger. But maybe because it would effect the battery recharge times 🤔

The media could not be loaded. Flymo lawnmower comes in the box with very clear instructions. Was very simple to put it together.Charged batteries fully for the first use as advised.Very easy to use it! I own petrol mower with the cord that I have to always pull hard to start, well no more. Just a press of the button and it works! It is not loud, just like a hoover.Cuts my grass just as good as my petrol mower.Batteries lasted me for ages. Was enough to cut a lot of grass, I have huge double garden.Cuts nicely.Love it all the way!Highly recommend it!

Best thing for me it’s lightweight and starts when it should do. Not ideal for massive lawned areas but for where I’m using it ideal. Battery seems to keep it charge to finish the area. Finding though that if lawn left and grass longer takes a bit more time then the issue starts of it them running low on battery power. As long as I just get on with it and do it say about twice a month in summer it’s really good. With it being so much lighter to move around it makes life easier on my back.Storage is easy as it folds down and the grass basket thing on it not a bad size.Son prefers using this over a petrol one we have as he thinks it so much easier to push under overhanging bushes.

One word for this mower. Wow!I’ve always used corded mowers and the whole process of unwinding the cable, maneuvering around it and then having to wind it all the way back up again was arguably the worst part of the mowing process. So tedious. In comes Flymo with a completely wireless mower! Honestly a game changer for me. Literally just unfold, make sure your batteries are in and go. Makes mowing an absolute breeze with no cables to worry about running or tripping over. The initial setup was a little bit fiddly and took a little while but once up and running it’s nothing but smooth sailing. It’s not too heavy and pretty easy to move around which is nice.Battery life is decent, enough to do one full mow with a little bit of juice left. We have a pretty average size garden, living in the London suburbs. If you have a particularly large garden then I’d suggest grabbing a couple of extra batteries to keep you going. Thankfully they include a charger for the included batteries so props there! The mowing experience itself is great, 2 buttons on both handles so you can operate with either hand. The blades are fantastic, no snags from what I could feel and the width is solid as well at 34cm. Maybe could be bumped up a little to lessen the amount of trips up and down the garden. Other than that, there’s not really much else I could ask for! It’s made mowing a breeze.Overall a great piece of kit and a solid new addition to our garden. After using this we will never go back to a wired mower. 5*!

was never a fan of wires hanging around when I mowed the lawn. When this lawn mower arrived, it was packed pretty well.It came disassembled in a rather small box. I was expecting a larger one but it was quite small-sized.After taking out the parts, I started the assembling procedure. I was able to assemble it in no time with the detailed instructions provided.Overall, it took me just 20-25 minutes and my lawn mower was ready to be used.I want to mention here, that attaching the handle was a bit fiddly and took me some time to fix correctly. The lawn mower is small in size and lightweight as compared to the traditional lawn mowers. Performance-wise, it worked perfectly. It is orange and grey which gives it a nice look. The handle comes with 3 LED lights that display the battery levels.I can mow my small lawn easily with one complete charge. On average, it took the batteries around a couple of hours to charge completely. Also, the batteries were easy to install and come with a lid for protection.Additionally, I found that the battery is sufficient to mow a small lawn twice and a bigger lawn once. The handle can be folded as well. Attaching and detaching the grass box was also a simple and smooth process. Moreover, I can adjust the setting of the mower according to the grass length. The height ranges from 20-60 mm. I usually prefer that my grass be the smallest height so I kept it on the smallest setting.Furthermore, the electric mower feels like a normal mower. I didn’t find any difference in performance.Overall, I am very impressed with this lawn mower. It works extremely well and cuts the grass as I expected.Satisfied

So far we are loving this cordless lawnmower. We have a third of an acre which is about half lawn, and this mower was able to trim the whole thing on about a third of the charge. It was much faster than our electric hover, for several reasons:* The lack of a wire means you can just go do it, without tying in knots and getting caught on fences and plants* The clippings are firmly blown into the large collecting bin and get well compressed, so we can do the whole lawn without emptying (previously cut – if it was the first cut of the year I think it would take 2 or 3 trips)* The light weight was a surprise. It was easier using a wheeled mower than using the hover. Tight tirns are harder, but it was less effort to push and steer most of the time.It needed minimal assembly and the instructions were pretty clear, but you do need a second pair of hands to hold things while you pop holes over screws and try to fit the halves of the grass bin together. The silly reviewer who gave it 1* because they were too impatient to follow the instructions should be ignored (and ashamed). From new the batteries took about two hours to fully charge. We’re going to see if we can do two cuts off one charge, should work out fine. Storage was less obvious than it ought to have been – I can’t help thinking they could design the handle so it folds smaller to go on a shelf in our shed! As it is I have it hung on a wall fairly tidily.Overall this is a great product, well made and easy to use, and we recommend it.
