dave –
I bought this item along with many of the Irwin saws as I wanted to learn how to make joints in wood. They are spot on.
NELSON –
The saw is very lightweight and easy to work, highly recommend.
T. Everett –
Bought for carpentry work. Does the job. Very sharp, strong firm cuts. Excellent value for money.

Irwin Hardpoint Tenon saw arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. Product was exactly as described.I find this saw a pleasure to use. It easy and comfortable to hold and so makes starting cuts easy and allows for nice tidy cuts. Just the right number of teeth per inch for my needs so no tearing around cuts. However, there are a few things about the way the back bar is fitted, more metal on one side of the blade than the other and the bar extending further past the blade by 7mm, that makes it seem that this saw is not manufactured to the same standard of other Irwin tools I own. Will still give it five stars though and would purchase again without any hesitation

Quality saw; you get what you pay for and this, well- reputed brand Irwin, is very well made. The handle fits well when sawing, and the fine grade multiple high teeth count makes cutting easy.Absolutely no flexing, and a fine line cut.The build quality of the saw is fantastic. WOULD highly recommend.

I use it for small woodworking projects. I own 3 tenon saws including the Spear & Jackson 9550B. This saw is the worst looking tool in my shop and the only one that must be thrown away and replaced when it becomes blunt. I should hate it… but I don’t. Quite the opposite, I reach for it more often than other saws and I will probably buy another once this is done. Overall great value for money and gets the job done quick and easy.

Sharp saw that cuts fine. Cut quite a few lengths of inch and inch and a half mahogany in a mitre box with no issues. Its a fairly cheap saw but is probably fine for the average or usual D.I.Y user and jobs around the house.Treat it with respect and it should last for years. I’ve had a regular Irwin Jack 880 22″ saw for years and years!

Happy days. Been used a few times. Good blade. Handle holds up so far. Would recommend . I think people forget what they are paying for it

As epected but better..

What a difference a good saw makes – nice precision cuts with a lot less effort. Contrary to a previous review, my saw did come with a blade guard. Really good value for money.
