Perfect 10.8v combi set There are many reviews of each of these individual products available so if you are after further details on a specific item, search it out and read the reviews on that one part. The Drill: A superb piece of kit. Easily able to chew through large pieces of wood with a spade bit should it be required. Equally at home with drilling 7mm repeatedly into concrete. Gets nicely into corners whereby my larger 18v cordless is cumbersome. Strikes the balance perfectly between power and size/weight.The Impact Driver: A piece of kit that I wasn’t even aware that I needed for carpentry. I read a few reviews and convinced myself that I would use it. What an eye opener! This really does make a difference on larger pieces of work. It would be absolutely perfect for jobs such as decking, loft flooring, stud work and other similar tasks. Much quicker and easier than a normal drill driver. The Batteries: 2ah is about right here (and two of them)…

Fantastic Set for most jobs. ProsThese drivers will be capable of most DIY and pro jobs both pack far more punch than you would expect from their TOY box size. Battery indicators on both drivers range from 1-3 and both for work and home tasks they’ve never dropped below 2/3. With a combination of both one for pilots and one for screw driving both only dropped to 2/3 when erecting a 10 by 6ft shed. For work the impact driver accompanied by Armeg holesaws, quickchange HSS bits and an impact Phillips I can punch a variety of holes and screws in light to medium gauge steel at speed all day long.As the drivers have very small dimensions they are great for tight spaces. The Drivers theirself are usual Bosch professional quality and built to last extensive punishment.ConsThe combi only has a 10mm chuck which makes it fine for small holes in steel and masonry or larger holes in wood with spade bits but this is too small for standard holesaws arbors or large HSS bits. You could…

Really please! Bought a set of these after I using my father in laws Makita equvilants for a dit project.I was impressed with the makita, and these in my opinion are far superior.Build quality is really good, they feel sturdy and comfortable in your hand, and have stood up to a few drops and show no signs of wear or their than a layer if saw dust! The drill I primarily use for drilling pilot holes for small furniture projects, which it is perfect for, easy to manoeuvre into tight spaces, but have also used it to drill 8mm holes into solid brick walls with no issues (had a lazy moment and couldn’t find the energy to get my 18v hammer drill). The impact driver, is by far one of my favourite tools, for a small bit of kit it packs a punch, driving 5” screws without predrilling with relative ease. I borrowed my friends 18v Stanley impact driver to put up a shed thinking a wanted something a bit ‘meatier’ but after a few larger screws swapped back!As for the battery, really…
