I purchased this item to cut mitre joints in beading for laminate flooring and was extremely happy with the product and its quality. The assembly instructions are a little vague but its still easy enough to assemble and doesn’t take long.I would strongly suggest using a larger hex key to tighten the two hex bolts that are used to secure the pivot as I couldn’t tighten them enough with the supplied small hex key and felt there was a chance to strip or deform the hex heads. Once tight the pivot mechanism works well but if its left loose the mechanism will move resulting in inaccurate and poor cuts.Overall I felt the saw was great value for money at £19.99 I was able to complete the intended job quickly and have every confidence that the saw will work well in the future.I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

I purchased one of these many years ago, loaned it out to someone and forgot to get it back. I needed one recently for beading on a staircase. It performs well, the cuts are tidy and angled cuts are accurate. The one thing I would say is, this is a short term item. The quality is certainly not what it was in my old unit. But for a couple of projects it will serve you well

I bought this product for small sort wood moulding, And works perfectly for this use. Yes it’s plastic but what do expect for the money… great product if you use it for this sort of use and don’t try and over strain it.

I bought this bargain mitre saw for one DIY job in mind, creating a wooden wall panel. It worked perfectly. Was expecting this thing to be rubbish but is simply not the case. Good build quality and durable. Get over it tool snobs : )

This was a gift for my dad who is a traditional joiner. These are the only mitre saws he uses and this one was just what he needed. He said the quality was amazing and its very sturdy when using.
