I was looking for a pair of lightweight, yet sturdy secateurs and a pair of snips for intricate pruning.And I found them!The secateurs have an easy to hold, comfortable, soft feel aluminium alloy handles. They are not too heavy, which is something I wanted. They are sharp and cut through medium weight shrubs and roses with ease. The blades are carbon steel blades so I predict they will have good lasting sharpness. They have a locking catch too.The snips are incredibly precise and have stainless blades for sharpness. The handles are very comfortable with a soft feel to them and I have used constantly for flower displays and precision trimming. They are PTFE coated blade for rust resistance and have a locking catch.I really like this set and glad I found them.Also I love that they are pink yet sturdy and practical.

I bought these as a Xmas gift but I stupidly didn’t read the product description closely enough and just used the image for guidance. I thought these were going to be red however they are a light pink. No issue because I’ll just give them to someone else as a gift instead.
