I’m no gardener (sorry) but when my garden started to resemble something out of ‘The Day of The Triffids’, I knew I had to do something. The strimmer took care of most of the weeds and tall grass but I was left with some very stubborn and very strange looking flora and fauna. Scissors weren’t going to cut it (pardon the pun), so I looked up some secateurs. These were on offer at £7.99 – a snip – (pardon the pun again), so I ordered them. Firstly, they work. They will cut through anything – even the weird plant/weed things that have appeared in my garden for the first time – I blame climate change or maybe aliens. The blade is rust-proof – big tick as I’ll probably leave them outside all winter. I’m forgetful like that. They’re ergonomically designed with cushioned handles. A big plus for me as I have carpal tunnel and a touch of arthritis in my wrists. What’s more the titanium blade will cut through anything with minimum effort. Now that’s what I call a tool. Though there are a few of them around here now you mention it….

Not only do these look good, they cut very cleanly. They have a soft handle that makes it very comfortable to hold and use, and I have literally spend a few hours in the garden today using them and I have not got one blister so that’s a huge result! good value for money in my opinion and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
