I needed to replace a petrol mower and was fed up with all the servicing and other faff with them. But I was a bit sceptical about battery powered electric mowers. Read the reviews and decided to take the plunge with the Sprint. It arrived promptly and was pretty easy to put together. Charged the batteries and let it fly. It’s a beast. Cuts easily, has a number of height settings and does both my front and back lawns twice with one charge. It’s a bit heavier than I anticipated but this is down to having two batteries. The batteries and charging system are from Briggs and Stratton so a good quality system.Overall ans excellent mower, far easier to use than a petrol mower. Very pleased with it.

Having had a petrol lawnmower for 20 years I was finding it increasingly hard for me to start and cut the grass, so during lockdown I was using a corded lawnmower which was great however I spent more time moving the cord out of the way whilst cutting the grass, hence the decision to buy a cordless lawnmower. My petrol lawnmower was a Briggs and Stratton motor and after reading all the reviews for cordless lawnmower I chose this one, and I was most definitely not disappointed, absolutely love it, so so easy to use and feels so lightweight compared to previous lawnmowers and I’m not exhausted after cutting all my grass. I have a large back garden, front garden and side garden (house on a corner plot), was interested to see if the batteries would last for all 3 sections of my garden , it just fell short of completing the last section of grass, however not a problem for me as I simply have a coffee whilst recharging the batteries for the 3rd section.Totally love this lawnmower and really look forward to cutting the grass. People have also commented how good the grass is looking as well.Money very well spent and even better when it was reduced in the sale. Happy customer.

I love this lawnmower. This was my first battery powered mower, as I moved house and had to tackle a large back garden, but also reach up a grass verge along the street away from power supply. The grass verge is full of weeds, tree branches, stones, brambles, nettles and other brush. This lawnmower just wipes them all out. I hit wooden tree stumps, huge rocks that blocked the mower the size of bricks and once I removed them the mower just carried on, no issues. The mower allows a super close shave, but you can raise the height in many increments to a quite high level and this works well on rough ground and if you tilt the mower you can mow brambles, nettles etc.I like the little safety key by the battery which means that children would not be able to start the mower without this key inserted. There is no mulch function with this mower. If you want mulch then you could just leave the collection bag off and re-mow the lawn when the grass is already cut.The one issue I have is that the collection bag has two prongs that allow it to seat into the mower, but if the areas where these fit into collect grass clippings, then the bag can fall out, as it is not seated deeply enough due to grass filling the area. I suggest cleaning these each time with a tool before refitting the bag after emptying it.Battery life is as expected. With all these batteries, always charge them immediately after they go flat.

This mower has transformed my lawn. I didn’t realise just how poor my old mower was until I used the new one. It pulls the grass up and cuts cleanly. If you mow a particularly thick patch of grass you can hear the motor rev up to compensate. Charging is simple and quick. The grass collection is big but a bit fiddly but this did not cause me any issues.

I have had this mower for nearly a year now and have a very large garden. In summer (now) one charge will do the whole of my grassed area. However, in Spring the batteries have to charged twice, but recharging doesn’t take long – half an hour or so. After a year, the batteries are not losing charge and the mower cuts well on all settings.

After using a motor mower with a roller for many years I decided to change to a battery mower this model is brilliant light weight & powerful. If you go up and down the garden it still can put the lines in the grass.

the grass box is not stable and falls off often, if you dont see it u can trip over (which i did the first time) otherwise is very good .

Really impressed with this cordless lawn Mower so easy to use cuts really well, the batteries last well and the power is good ,it has a large grassbox we only emptied it twice compared to our old mower which we would have needed to empty at least a dozen times,it cut the time needed to mow our lawns in half it’s a pleasure to use and so easy also as the batteries can be used to power other garden tools in the Sprint range so impressed were we that we have now purchased the strimmer and leaf blower again both excellent tools

Lovely easy to use cordless lawnmower. Only slight draw back is that it is a bit noisy more like a petrol driven one. However, that apart it is great at cutting at any height of grass & also large collection box. This was great for me as i could cut my medium lawn & only have to empty once cut. Great for me as Im partially disabled. The lawnmower with 2 batteries & charger was well worth the money.

First impressions matter.. after the initial delay of almost a month to get the item ( can be excused under current climate ) it was soon put to use. Easy to assemble… light weight.. easily manoeuvrable around the garden.. cuts nice and short and picks up everything like a Hoover. Was a bit dubious about buying a cordless mower as always had a petrol one… but I got to say, it was a joy to use.The only thing my wife didn’t like about it and to be honest I don’t see this as a problem is that it’s so light, that she can actually push this around HERSELF!!! lol… I would call that a win win
